How to wear
Wearing Steps-1
Wearing Steps-1: Remove the soft lens with the back of a small spoon.
Wearing Steps-2
Wearing Steps-2: Place the soft lenses from the small spoon onto the suction cups, the contact lenses should be placed in the middle of the suction cups.
Wearing Steps-3
Wearing Steps-3: Use your thumb and forefinger to prop up the eye to their fullest extent, then hold the suction cups with the soft lenses to your eyes and slowly place the soft lenses into the eyes. Then remove the suction cups to finish wearing.
How to remover

Remover Steps-1: Your thumb and forefinger on either side of the tweezers in the area of the grid points or a little below

For taking your contacts off with this tool,Place your thumb and index finger on the grid point area on either side of the tweezers, Then use the tips of the tweezers to pinch the edge or bottom of the contact lens, usually that gets it off right away. You do have to apply a little bit of pressure when doing this, otherwise the tool will just slip over your contact.
