● Motor characteristics 

The plastic gear material is used, which is light in weight, low working noise, wear-resistant,

and does not require lubrication. The rotation of the motor can be changed by changing the positive and negative

terminals of the terminal wiring. The double flat holes are more convenient to install, not easy to slip, and save installation time.

 

● Motor use 

JS-30 DC gear motor is suitable for all kinds of display stands, handicrafts, rotating lighting lamps,

electric toys, etc., with a wide range of applications. Using DC power supply, the available voltage is DC1.5V-12V, and the speed can be 2-200R/ Min selection.

 

 

● Motor precautions

1. When using a motor, there should be no binding objects, such as the adhesive should not flow into the bearing through the rotating shaft, which may hinder the operation of the motor.

2. The rotation of the shaft may have the opposite effect on the lifespan of the motor. In order to extend the lifespan, please check if your load is in accordance with regulations and do not overload or hang objects that hinder rotation at the end of the shaft.

3. Manufacturing an eccentric heavy radiation load is harmful to the lifespan of the motor.

4. Do not store in high temperatures or extreme humidity around, and do not place in corrosive gas as it may reduce the effectiveness of the motor.

5. Do not operate the motor in the surrounding high temperature and humidity.

When soldering the motor terminals of the positive and negative poles of the power supply, the temperature of the soldering iron should be 340 ℃± 40 ℃, and the heating time should be within 3 seconds. The plastic should not be deformed. During operation, the soldering points should flow into the motor or the end of the wire should be broken, which will cause the motor's function to deteriorate.

7. Do not let the motor shaft get stuck. When power is applied, it will cause the motor to overheat in a short period of time and burn out its accessories.

8. Due to the lack of technical skills among the staff, it is impossible to guarantee the quality of the motor when encountering issues mentioned in the manual or when it appears to be a fault on the surface.

9. Supply specified electricity and ensure it is within the measurable requirements.

10. The installation of pulleys or gears should not be abnormally heavy during pressing.

When installing the motor, if the screws are too long, it will cause contact between the motor itself and the rotor, which will affect the characteristics.
