**POSTAGE POLICY**
- Orders placed before 12 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same working day.
- Royal Mail 2nd Class - (2 to 3 working days)- Free.
- Royal Mail 1st Class - (1 to 2 working days) - £2.45 + £1 for each additional item.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 - (Next Day) -£3.35 + £1 for each additional item.
Please note: Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class services do not include tracking. However, Royal Mail Tracked 24 will provide a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel's delivery progress.
**RETURN POLICY**
- We offer a 14-day return policy for all of our customers.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.
