Very rare piece! These do not come up on the market too often! Upon doing my research, I did not find another like this that is made into a coin bank. This has the slit in the back of the hair for money to go in & also has the plug for the bottom to remove the money. The plug went into the statue & I did not have a tool available to get the plug out when taking pictures. Please note, I did not find any makers markings etched on to this piece. It feels like it is made of some sort of plaster / ceramic/ chalk ware type material. It can be painted over if you wanted to change the colors of it!
