This festive skirt is perfect for holiday parties and is made of a fabric that doesn't wrinkle, making it ideal for travel. The metallic outer layer is sheer, but it's fully lined. The waistband is elasticized in the back only and goes from a relaxed 29" to about 36". The length is approx. 28".
