The dust jacket is present and clean. This is a presumed First Edition, as no other copyright or date is stated. 

Mr. Greenblatt was the chairman of NBC Entertainment. The inscription is particularly interesting because it mentions Lorne Michaels, famous producer of Saturday Night Live.
