1964 Pontiac FULL SIZE OEM Starter Heat Shield Plate VERY RARE !!!

These shields are almost non existent because everyone threw them away when they were taken off. The shield is secured to the starter using the starter bolts. On the straight side of the plate their was a rubber strip stapled to the plate to keep out debris. The staples are their but the strip is torn off but can easily be replaced. This plate is always missing so If you want your car factory complete, this is the rare find to complete your ride. I do have one more of these starter heat shield plates in my parts arsenal.

This was removed from a 1964 Pontiac Grand Prix 389, should fit 1963 also

This shield was used on 1964 Pontiac full size with the bell housing mounted starter
