Ebay managed payments are the preferred method of payment on Ebay purchases for both buyer and seller peace of mind. However, we can accommodate other payment methods for components collected from us in store.

All items require payment to be made in full prior to dispatch. If you wish to pay in person / collect the items, please select the collect in person option on checkout. All items which have not been paid for after 7 days of purchase and no communication has been made from the buyer will result in the order being cancelled. 

We aim to dispatch all items on the same day as order for orders placed before 15:30, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. Some Royal Mail orders ordered before 16:30 may be dispatched same day, but please use eBay's delivery time as fact.  

Domestic shipping is either fulfilled by Royal Mail tracked delivery, Fedex or APC Overnight UK. Please see listing specifics for what carrier will be used for which item. Please allow 12 hours for tracking to become visible from dispatch notification. 

For international orders, the Ebay global shipping programme will be offered or our own international services. Our own couriers will be used when Ebay global shipping programme cannot be used for an item. In this case, we will use any DPD, Fedex, UPS or Parcelforce services.

Please ensure there is a current contact number and email address provided on checkout as this avoids failed deliveries. This will also provide you with live shipping updates and notifications. Please make sure to inspect all packages prior to accepting. 

For quotations for delivery of items outside of the UK, please get in touch and let us know the items required and delivery address for us to quote accurately if the listing does not offer carriage for your location or you require a bulk shipment where can provide a more cost effective solution (e.g pallet or crate services). We will happily quote on an individual basis. 

Collection available for all items at our premises by appointment only. Please get in touch to arrange. Should an item be listed as collection only and you need it delivered, please message us with a delivery postcode and we can quote pallets / large item deliveries on an individual basis.

If you change your mind and wish to return a product, we will accept returns where notice to return has been given within 30 days of purchasing the component. Please see our returns policy on ebay for full details on return timescales and postage cost terms.

The component or product must be unused, and no security seals broken to qualify for a full refund. Please use the eBay returns to process all returns. If there is an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us via eBay messenger or 01543 579790 and we will happily support and resolve for you.

Please do not send returns without prior requesting a return via ebay returns process. 

Should you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or circumstance, we reserve the right to hold the costs of carriage incurred by us to fulfil your order.
