The Gerard Callenburgh-class were a class of 4 planned ships for the
Netherlands Royal Navy. Only 2 ships were completed at the time of the
German invasion in May 1940. 2 others were under construction and
scuttled and destroyed to prevent the Germans to capture the ships.

Gerard Callenburgh, scuttled May 1940, but raised by the Germans and
commissioned as the German ZH1, torpedoed and scuttled June 1944.
- Hr.Ms. Isaac Sweers, towed the the UK and completed. Sunk Nov 1942 by U-431.
- Hr.Ms. Tjerk Hiddes, scuttled May 1940, wreck scrapped by the Germans.
- Hr.Ms. Philips van Almonde, demolished on the slipway May 1940, wreck scrapped by the Germans.
