This is a vintage 1980 Iron Man #136 signed by Bob Layton with COA-certificate of authenticity(size is approx: 5 x 8 inches), complete and published by Marvel Comics. The comic would grade a Very Fine/Near Mint condition with spine stressors, creasing and corner/edge damage preventing any higher grade.
