We ship all items the first business day after payment is received. Orders placed after 8am ET (5am PT) on Friday or the day before a holiday will be shipped the next business day.
Any taxes, tariffs, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We only cover delivery costs. If an order is undeliverable, it will not be returned, as we do not pay for return shipping. When your package arrives, please bring a copy of your invoice to the pickup location to prove payment of any VAT fees.
