a NEW copy sent from the publisher, after signing, to my bookshop. Extra copies were stored,  this amongst them. Very slight rubbing to jacket edges, faint signs of spot foxing to page edges, (top is a pale biscuit) & the usual solecism by Cape of a clipped inner jacket flap & their new price label affixed! But, apart from opening to sign & my photos, it has been unread. NB  pale "splash" on front cover photo #1 is part of the design!!  (other titles by her I have listed are 2 & 3 of Argos series,  Briefing for a Descent; & Stories of a non Marrying man)

Sold by an independent and solo ex-bookshop owner, with around 50 years of experience, who takes pride in listing and researching every volume. Someone who does not consider books as mere square objects with printing inside, fixed only on selling in huge quantities as quickly as possible,  but one who takes deep interest not only in the book itself, but also, where possible, its history. No "maybes" or "may not contains",  well packed for protection & never sent naked in plastic bags only suitable for newspapers . Photos of actual item

I am open to sensible offers on most of my listings above £5.00.

NB  I will refund the excess tax levied by EBay (3.28) on buyers from Private sellers if my original price is accepted.   Postage is set by EBay.

NB practically ALL of my listings are for single copies from my own collection/old stock from my bookshop or from some personal libraries.  Most of my duplicates are of my John Fowles titles.
