Good preowned condition as seen in photos. A few light scratches on heels (see photos).

Inside measurement at top of boot is 10.25" around (exact measurement without the elastic stretched - there is some stretch of the elastic but not a whole lot)- Also measurement (top of boot) is 7.25" up from the bottom of the boot not including the heel. Please measure your calf according to these guidelines to make sure they will fit. (around your leg at 7.25" up from floor). These boots were made for skinnier legs.
