Some large items such as tools and furniture are stored in Baytown (a Houston suburb) in a climate-controlled storage facility, but most are at my Houston/Bellaire climate controlled facility. Depending on where your item is, we can work out meeting up for a local pickup at the appropriate location. 

Most items are listed at 4 days handling to give me time to get everything out, however, I try to send items out as soon a payment is fully cleared.
