The Shadows – Wonderful Land / Stars Fell On Stockton – 7" Vinyl Single [EX/VG+] 1962 UK Columbia 45-DB 4790 1st Press. Original 1962 UK first pressing on the green Columbia label, catalogue number 45-DB 4790, with machine-stamped matrices 7XCA 25859 - 1N (A-side) and 7XCA 25860 - 1N (B-side). Both tracks feature The Shadows at their peak, with "Wonderful Land" written by Jerry Lordan and "Stars Fell On Stockton" penned by the band’s members. The vinyl is graded EX – retains excellent gloss and plays cleanly with minimal surface noise. The original Columbia company sleeve is VG+, showing only light creasing and a small handwritten price mark. A great copy for collectors of early 60s UK rock ‘n’ roll and instrumental classics.
