National Radio Company NCX-A Power Supply Speaker Ham Radio (AS IS)

This is from the estate of an SK and I plugged it and hooked it up to a NCX-5 and the  radio would not power up so I am not sure if is the power supply or the radio so this unit is being sold "as is".
