This set of vintage game pieces for checkers and backgammon includes 8 red and 8 black pieces. These pieces are likely from a classic board game set. The vintage nature of the pieces adds to their charm and collectability, they have damage as can be seen in the photos which are part of the description. Each piece is approximately 1 1/4” wide. Material is unknown, the way the edges have aged, it doesn’t appear to be wood.  Perhaps clay, but that is completely unknown. Together they weigh 6 ounces.
