This unit has been reset and it’s in fully working condition. It’s currently stuck on the setup screen because you need a Roku account to setup the unit.

This is a used unit, but it’s in pretty alright condition, just the top of the box is a big marked and scuffed. The remote and power adapter are in fine condition.
