Purchasing Policy

• Items sold by us are in good condition and in working order unless specified otherwise. All items sold are photographed when listed.
• It is the responsibility of the Buyer to choose the correct part and we will NOT be responsible for the purchase of incorrect part.

Shipping Policy

• We ship ONLY to Business Establishments. Extra charges may apply for Private Home shipping only for Heavy items.
• Items could be picked up from the site or shipped on request at the Buyer’s own risk. All shipping charges will have to borne by the Buyer.
• Buyer’s Contact Number, Post Code and the Suburb are essential
• We do NOT ship to PO Box addresses.
• We will NOT be responsible for any damages on transit.
• Buyer will be provided with the Tracking details.

Return Policy

• We do NOT accept items sold for “Change of Mind” or purchase of incorrect item.
• We consider acceptance of returns if there is a mismatch of item mentioned in the Invoice and the items should be in same condition as at the time of purchase.
• All costs involved will have to be borne by the Buyer.

Warranty Policy

• Non Turbo Engines & Accessories – 3 calendar months from the day of purchase for Parts ONLY
• Turbo Engines & Gear Boxes – 30 days from the day of purchase for Parts ONLY
• We do NOT cover Labour Costs associated with the fitting of items purchased under any circumstance.

Payment Policy

• We accept payments through PayPal, Credit Cards (Visa/Master/American Express) or Bank Transfer.
• Cash on Delivery may be considered for regular Buyers.
