If you have ordered the wrong item(s) or simply had a change of heart, all item(s) must be returned in the original and suitable condition for re-sale, with any associated products, tags and boxes intact.

Goods should be inspected upon delivery. Any defective merchandise or inaccurately fulfilled orders must be reported to us in no more than seven days of receiving the parcel. If we do not hear from you within this period it will be deemed that the goods are satisfactory and fit for their purpose. Please inspect your goods promptly as any claims or returns after this point will not be entertained. This does not affect your statutory rights.
