The Company offers a replacement warranty only or credits the purchase value of any defective goods if the Company is satisfied with such defect solely through faulty material or workmanship and such goods are returned immediately.
We may ask for defective items for inspection and must be delivered to our warehouse; all postage and Taxes will be paid by the buyer.
The Company will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage.
Warranty claims will not process later than twelve months or 12000 miles, whichever comes first from the date of dispatch. Warranty will be void if the Item is used in any form of motor competition, racing
