Up for sale is a set for circular saws based on a thick wall tube steel stroke and 6207ZZ bearings. The shaft measures a length of 300mm, the output for the circular saw has a diameter of 30mm, secured with a nut M30x2 (left hand thread) and two saw blades with a diameter of 90mm.

The outlet for the pulley has a diameter of 28mm / groove 8mm - fits pulleys 2x13mm or 2x17mm, secured with Seeger ring!

  • Select the left thread if you want the circular saw to rotate clockwise (as seen from the nut side).
  • Select the right thread if you want the circular saw to rotate counterclockwise (seen from the nut side).

This tightens the nut tighter, preventing loosening during operation.

❓ 2. What should the cutting speed of the circular saw be?

The recommended cutting speed for circular saws for cutting wood depends on the type of wood (dry or fresh) and the specifications of the disc. In general, the following values apply:

  1. Cut Dry Wood:Speed: of 50 m/s to 100 m/sHigher speeds (closer to 100 m/s) are preferred for larger diameters and for more precise cuts. This facilitates a smooth cutting surface and increases efficiency.
  2. Cut of fresh (wet) wood:Speed: of 40 m/s to 70 m/sSpeeds are slightly lower because fresh wood is softer and stickier. A lower speed reduces the risk of resin and moisture jamming, overheating, and sticking the disc.
