• We provide one year limited, unmileage warranty. That means within one year upon receipt, buyer has the right to claim replacement, once the item brokes down or work improperly during normal use. The warranty only covers a parts replacement of a defective part unless the isn't available while a replacement claim files, in such case we will provide full refund in first 3 months, and each month start the fourth month, -10% of purchase price. For example, in 6th month after receival, buyer can still have 70% money refundable.
• The warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear of products; products damaged due to environmental conditions including rain, snow, hail, salt, or natural disasters; products damaged due to accident or collision; or product damage caused by other faulty parts.
• All items must be in their original condition and must not be damaged due to incorrect installation upon return. Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification will not be covered by the warranty.
• We need buyer's detailed description of failure to find out the cause, we may also ask for photos or videos, pls understand.
• Any WRONG ITEM/DOESN'T FIT/DON'T NEED/DOESN'T AS DESCRIBED reason is unacceptable after 60 days upon receipt.
• The warranty is limited only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Under NO circumstances will our liability exceed the amount of the original sale.
• EACH WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY LABOR COSTS OR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, AIR FREIGHT CHARGES, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM A DEFECT IN OR FAILURE OF THE PART.
We offer 60 days return window, it means you could return the order freely in 60 days upon receipt for NO REASON and get partial refund(15% restocking fee need to be deducted) . Please note that it requires that item is unused/uninstalled/unmodified, as the same condition as it's delivered, and the return shipping costs can not be covered by seller. Though, we hope every buyer could inspect the part as quick as you can, to confirm if the part is the right one you need and make an early decision. In case the item arrive directly to workshop, please tell merchanic to inspect it clearly before set it up so hurry.
• Doesn't fit(although vehicle on compatiblity chart)/Damaged in transit/fail after installed/malfunction during use
