• All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept orders at our discretion, even after sending an order confirmation.

• All orders are checked pre-dispatch, we reserve the right to cancel an order in case of any unexpected issues during this process.

1. Pricing and Payment

• Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice.
• Payment for all Products must be received by us prior to shipping. We accept payment via all the usual methods including debit card, credit card, bank transfer and PayPal.
• All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping costs, which will be charged as applicable and detailed at the time of checkout.

1. Delivery

• Delivery times quoted are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on location, carrier, and other factors.
• We are not liable for any delays in delivery once the Products have been dispatched.

1. Return and Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the Products are in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and components.
• You will be liable for all return charges as well as a re-stock fee of up to 20% should the return be for any reason other than an order not being as described in the listing. Please refer to the shipping and returns policy for detailed information.
• Returns must be pre-approved by us with a valid Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment after the returned Products are received and inspected, this is usually done within 1-2 business days and is subject to the return being received exactly as it was sent out to you.

1. Warranty

• We do not offer warranties however all purchases are covered by a 14 day right of return (from delivery) should any order be ?not as described?.

• It is your responsibility to check and test the device upon receipt to ensure it is received as described in the listing, this must be done within 14 days and issues must be reported in writing.
