By Default Low Value Orders / Items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post and as such may not arrive within eBays estimated delivery time, 3-7 days Norm 96% and 7-14 days 4% at present.
If your order is Time Sensitive please select one of the faster delivery methods at extra cost.
When upgrading to 1st class post, please note this is sent via Royal Mail and is not a guaranteed next working day service.
All eBay Delivery Dates are estimates Only. If you need a next working day (not weekend or bank holiday) service please select Special Delivery.
Royal Mail State a delivery is not lost for up to two weeks after posting, so please inform us of a late delivery but please DO NOT open a case. We do respond to all messages to us in office hours. Mon - Fri 9 - 3pm. So please be a little Patient.
We attempt to send out all orders received before 3.00pm the Same Day. This excludes weekends (Last order Fri 3pm) and public holidays.
Customers placing multiple orders. - We may ship all the orders as one, please do not ask for a refund of shipping cost after you have placed your orders. Please do not place your orders if you want a refund of shipping costs.
All Switches Need to be de-rated depending on use, Resistive, Inductive or Capacitive. The more Current Switched the hotter the arc and the greater the erosion will be on Contacts. We Will not replace Switches that have failed due to burnt contacts or broken mechanically due to burnt contacts. The more you de-rate the longer your switch will last!
