Brand new with tags. I have a few of these in a different sizes, all brand new with tags. This the lighter material that is great for summer and heat. Very neat metallic buttons too. I kept two for myself. Note that typically I wear a large and in these the XL fits me well. Just a fyi for you buyers though as everyone is a different shape and size.
