• A refundable deposit of £50 is required for all bookings.

Booking Options:

1. Collection from Croydon (£45 each):

   • Collection Point: Croydon CR0
   • Collection Date: One day before your booking date
   • Return: On the same day if possible, or the following morning if necessary

2. Home Delivery (£65 each, including free return postage):

   • Includes free return postage
   • Return: Drop off at any post office on Monday morning before 11:00 am (for weekend bookings) or the next working day for other bookings

• Collection: £95 each (Deposit £50 + Collection £45)
• Delivery: £115 each (Deposit £50 + Delivery & Free Return Postage £65)

Important Reminders:

• No food, drinks, smoking, or pets near the costume.
• Handle makeup with care when using the costume.
• Do not wash, clean, or iron the costume heads and dresses.
• Pack securely back into the provided box, inside the plastic bag, and return in the same condition.

Cancellation Policy:

• Refunds for cancelled orders are eligible only if notified at least 14 working days before the collection or delivery date.
• Orders cancelled within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
