Condition: Used: mild general wear, I don't notice any issues, there by be very mild erosion by her hands, this is old and has been handled and moved around a bit, so its not perfect, but I do not see anything major. Please see all photos for further reference. The mark is really old and may predate the actual founding of Lladro, but based on multiple sources its still, now, attributed to Lladro. Some sources identify the mark as being used very early, others claim it 1959, and one said it was used in the 50s and 60s. Regardless it is known as a genuine Lladro mark.  

 The high price has to do with the mark more than actual figurine and quality. I also beleive this piece may have been originally purchased in Spain because it does not state "Made in Spain" (it could have had a sticker), but based on other figurines, this looks to predate their large success and does not appear to have a trademark either, just the makers mark and reference info/numbers incised.

To save everybody's time, I tend to only describe what is wrong with an item. If I have not mentioned an accessory or separate part and its not in the photos, it will not ship with the item. 

The buyer assumes all responsibility for the dangers and health risks of any item I sell. Even if the item is designed to be used for food/beverage consumption, some items are older and may contain unacceptable levels of now (or future) known contaminants. If you do use any of these items please rinse/clean before use. They have traveled in a box, I may have used cleaners on the items not designed to be digested. Make no assumptions that everything is okay to put in your mouth and use common sense.

Shipping/Pick-Up/Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, items will ship within 1 business day or faster. Unless you select a specific option, I will choose the carrier based on multiple factors. 

Standard Shipping: FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or Priority Mail (1st Class If It's < 1lb and sells for under $50)

Expedited Shipping / 2-Day = FedEx or UPS 2-Day Air (Note that sometimes takes a 3rd day). 

Delivery/Pick-Up: for high end / heavy items send me a message, if you are in the area I may be able to deliver the item to you for free. I will add "pick-up" as an option to the listing. For pick up the address may change as high-end items are spread across multiple locations for security purposes. 

Item will be very well packed and protected. Items ship from Los Angeles area. I use high grade supplies to make sure your item will not break. 

Returns / Your Satisfaction

I offer a 30 day return policy, I pay for the return shipping. Returns can be made if I made a moderate to major mistake in the listing. The return policy is not for items to be looked at in person and then returned, for example; shopping, free rentals / trials, and buyer's remorse are not reason for return. Minor issues I can work with you. Make sure you have read the entire listing's description and taken a look all photos. 

In sum, I will do everything in my power to satisfy a customer who is not, obviously, trying to take advantage of or scam me. I do not send refunds until I have received the item back (this is eBay's policy too).
