This bracelet has an engraved name of "Sophie" on it. This was from the late 60s and has a 3D gold diamond shape stretch design all around. I would say size small as it fits snug on my wrist. My wrist fits a 7 inch bracelet so this might be a bit smaller maybe. New old stock on the bracelet itself.
