Payment Information

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Tracked Shipping: $10.00 per order
• Express Shipping: $14.99 per order
• Orders will be marked as posted through eBay, and tracking details (where applicable) will be updated automatically on your Order Page.
• If tracking is required, please select the tracked option at checkout. Express shipping is only available if selected and paid for at checkout.
• Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before payment, as we cannot cancel orders once processed. We do not accept responsibility for any untracked items that go missing if tracking was not selected and paid for.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide using trusted private couriers and Australia Post, with tracking included for peace of mind.
• We do not alter declared item values for customs purposes. All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Local Pickup

• Pickup is not available, unless pre-arranged for large bulk orders.

CD Customers

• We may replace CD jewel cases at our discretion. If you prefer the original case to remain unchanged, please notify us when ordering.
• We take care to transfer and preserve original hype stickers when replacing cases, though some wear may occur.

DVD & Blu-ray Customers

• We make every effort to accurately describe all items. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their playback equipment to avoid disappointment.
• Many DVDs and Blu-rays are region-coded and may not play on devices from different regions. Some titles, however, are region-free and will work on any player. Please verify your device's compatibility before purchasing.

Book Customers

• All books are second-hand unless otherwise stated. Please carefully review the photos provided, as they form a vital part of the item description. Some books may contain inscriptions or personal notes—we do our best to show these, but cannot scan every page.
• There may be a delay in uploading actual book images due to our cataloguing process, but they will be added as soon as possible.
