Shipping

• We ship within 4-7 business days. Max 15 days.
• Shipping via Japan Post / Cpass / FedEx / DHL.
• Japan Post may take over a month depending on country and conditions.
• All shipments include tracking numbers.
• Shipping only to eBay-registered addresses. Update your address before purchase.
• We ship on weekdays only (no weekends/holidays).

Feedback Policy

• We respond to all inquiries within 24h (10:00–20:00 JST).
• Please leave feedback after receiving your item.
• If damaged, send photos of:

  - the internal packaging

Returns Policy

• No claims / no returns unless defective.
• Refund within 30 days for faulty items.
• Buyer pays return shipping if reason is "don’t like" or "not as expected".
• Original condition and packaging required.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sales Policy

• Offers not paid within 4 days will be canceled.
• Bidding is a contract. If unpaid, item may go to next bidder.
• Items may have deterioration, smell, or cosmetic wear.
• Confirm item size before purchase. Sizes may be in Japanese standards.
• Appliances use Japanese voltage. Use a converter if needed.
• Serial code items may require shipping.

Import Duties & Shipping Notice (U.S. Buyers)

We offer a variety of products distributed in Japan, including character goods, apparel, traditional crafts, posters, commemorative coins, and more.

Please note: At this time, the country of origin for all products is generally marked as “Unknown.”
However, in some cases, you may be able to confirm the origin by checking the product photos (tags, labels, packaging, etc.).

Based on product type and characteristics, the following general assumptions can be made:

• Character goods and apparel are often manufactured in China or Hong Kong.
• Traditional Japanese crafts, posters, and commemorative coins are often made in Japan.

For Buyers in the United States:
As of now, the U.S. has adjusted certain trade policies. While some products made in China or Hong Kong may still be subject to import duties, these have generally been eased compared to past years.
Rarely, shipping restrictions may still apply due to trade regulations. If we are unable to ship your item, we will notify you with a cancellation or delay notice.

Please note: All import taxes, customs duties, and related charges remain the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please confirm with your local customs office if you have any concerns.

For Buyers Outside the U.S.:
Most other countries do not impose such high tariffs or shipping restrictions. You can purchase with confidence.
