Original 1982 UK stereo pressing of Brahms / Schoenberg – Variations conducted by Sir Georg Solti with the London Philharmonic Orchestra, released on the highly regarded Decca label (catalogue number SXL 7004). Features Brahms’ St. Anthony Variations and Schoenberg’s Theme and Variations, Op. 43b. The vinyl is in excellent (EX) condition, playing cleanly with rich, dynamic sound and minimal surface marks. Housed in its original laminated sleeve, which grades VG+ with some light general wear but no splits or writing. A beautifully produced and collected classical recording from the prestigious Decca SXL series, ideal for audiophiles and classical collectors alike.
