Items will be well packed in padded envelopes and/or cardboard to keep them safe during shipping.

I use Royal Mail for shipping and all orders will be fully tracked, but can accommodate to use other services if required. Once despatched, tracking number will be added to your order details. Please allow a margin of error in delivery estimates as in some rare cases parcels might take longer in transit and that is out of my control.

For your peace of mind I will be accepting returns in case an item is not as described or gets damaged during shipping.

But do yourself and myself a favour and inspect the item photos and description so we avoid paying postage back and forth.

Returns won't be accepted in the case where brand new items were unsealed or digital content was included in the sale.
