This is a vintage Roy Rogers and Dale Evans coloring book, authorized version from 1955, Whitman publishing out of Racine, Wisconsin. Is in fair condition, has been used, and some pages are colored by a previous child owner. A rare find! I do not see others like this on the Internet. Back cover is torn, see pictures
