Excellent vintage jacket from Comme des Garçons.  Made in Japan, there is a small abrasion on the lapel, does not impact function and not noticeable unless you look up close (see last pic).

Three buttons and no vent, very interesting shape.

Sz small: 23" armpit to armpit, 19" shoulder seam to shoulder seam, 22" sleeve length and can possibly be let out some, 30" jacket length.
