Terms and conditions of sale:

I am selling stock at clearance prices.  The information on my listings has been collected from either/or purchase documents, product cartons, product labels, and basic internet research.  It is up to you, the buyer, to decide the accuracy of the information presented on the listings and what these items are worth to you, with consideration to all my terms and conditions of sale.

For an item that is listed as more than one available, I use one picture, so please be aware that the condition of this item may differ from the original picture.

Please do not ask for additional information, details, conditions or specifications, as I do not have time and I'm not prepared to answer questions on something I have little knowledge about.

Please consider these products as not working.  They may be damaged, defective, not function as intended, not fully operational, require service or repair, or irreparable, be missing essential components, or of unclear origin, or inaccurately described.  Some may be useful as templates to make reproductions, or only as ornaments.

By purchasing items from my eBay store, you agree to my terms of sale, and acknowledge that you are taking a gamble buying these clearance products. If this concerns you, please purchase your products from a retailer who can offer you assurances, warranty and customer service.

These clearance products are sold 'as is', and there are no refunds, warranties, or returns accepted. All sales are final and once payment is received, your order will be processed for shipping. I cannot change, cancel or modify orders.

How to save on your shipping:

If you want me to combine your order, the only way I can do this is if you add your items to the cart. When you're all done with your order, then check out and pay only using your cart. Don't order and pay for each item one by one, as I won't be refunding postage if you make that mistake. It takes way too long to calculate and process shipping refunds so I won't be doing it.

Shipping:

This is not my full time job, but I do get parcels out within the specified time-frame. Please check the postage calculator on the listing to determine shipping price. International buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs or brokerage, handling or taxes that might be applied by your country. If you want tracking on your International order, be sure to select the postage option that offers tracking. If you select the cheaper, non-tracked postage option, then I will not be held responsible for items that are delayed or lost in transit.
I clear goods and move liquidated stock, deceased estates and bulk purchases. I am not set-up for people to come and inspect stock, or pick up, so please do not ask.
