Please keep a record of your ebay order number in the event you need to make a claim 

your purchase comes with 30 days returns for unwanted items and 3 years warranty. within the first 30 days you are entitled to a full refund if a fault occurs. you can still ask for the item to be repaired and returned, instead of a full refund, if you want.

RETURNS OF UNWANTED ITEMS-

within the first 30 days you can return an unwanted item by going to your purchase history on ebay, ‘more actions’, ‘return item’, and selecting ‘changed mind’. all returns must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging. any missing parts or defects caused by neglect will be deducted from your refund.

AFTER 30 DAYS-

after the first 30 days up to 3 years if a fault occurs. please contact me and state the nature of the fault + ebay order id and repackage your item. We will repair / replace / or refund in that order,  the seller is permitted 2 repair attempts for the same fault before a refund/replacement is due. in the event that a repair is not possible
