You can either pay using PayPal or over the phone using a Debit or Credit Card if you'd prefer or if you don't have a PayPal account. Card payments are processed using Sagepay - 128 bit SSL encrypted payment processing system. You can also pay in person if you collect from us.

Should you purchase this item it will be dispatched within 24hrs of order been placed and you should receive your item around 1-3 days after the dispatch time and payment has been received (UK Mainland orders only). Should there be a delay in shipping your item we will inform you via email. Please note that orders received after 3.00 pm on a Friday and including a Saturday or Sunday the item will be shipped on the coming Monday and should that day fall on a Bank Holiday the item will be shipped on the Tuesday.

Please also include a contact telephone number, this is in the very unlikely event we should need to contact you should there be any issues and helps speed up the process of getting your goods on the way to you.

Please also note, If your order is to be dispatched to Northern Ireland this is not classed as UK Mainland and is not covered by the Free UK Mainland Delivery that this listing may have and incurs the same postage cost for Ireland, so ensure to select Ireland when checking how much it would cost to ship to Northern Ireland. If your not sure please contact us and we'll confirm the cost to you.

All deliveries will require a signature so please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. The couriers will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.

For orders cancelled after dispatch you must follow our returns procedure. The customer is responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.

Orders Delayed/Missing in Transit - We promise we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the time-frame specified. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays. All parcels are fully insured and if your parcel is lost or delayed, let us know and we'll act quickly to locate it, bearing in mind the points below. All claims for missing items must be made within 28 days of the date of your order.

What do I do if I have not received my delivery? - Please call us or send a message via eBay messages and we'll get back to you quickly with a response and tracking information

What happens if I'm not at home to accept delivery? If you are not available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect the parcel, please follow the instructions on the card.

Here at Sticky-Stuff we want you to be happy with your product but we do understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or return an item.

Should you have any issues with a product you have received from us please contact us as soon as possible, we will be happy to help with any issues.

Please know that returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item. We are not responsible for any issues that are communicated to us after this 30 day period. All returned items require a return reference number, without which goods cannot be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the initial delivery and return postage fees unless the item is faulty.

Sticky-Stuff will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit when you are returning an item, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.

An item can be deemed faulty if it exhibits a pre-existing defect or are inherently defective when received. Returns must be received in the original packaging and condition; we request that the original packaging is retained, should the original packaging be damaged on arrival this must be recorded on the delivery documents. We will not be liable for damage not recorded at the point of delivery; goods should be checked prior to a signature being given.

When goods are documented as being delivered in good condition we only accept liability for damage which arises as a result of our negligence we will not be liable for any damage which is the result of normal wear and tear. All our goods are provided with a full years manufacturing warranty, with the correct care and maintenance we would expect our products to last for as long as you require and enjoy them and we trust that you are satisfied throughout the life of the product
