A rare & complete UK 1970 Box Set of The Beatles - Let It Be with red Apple sleeve vinyl LP, box, inner tray and book all in superb condition.
The record is a 2U 2U original 1st Press copy - see photos for full matrix numbers and mothers/stampers.
Degritter cleaned, the vinyl is in excellent condition with a beautiful glossy lustre, a couple of faint hairlines and a paper mark, nothing remotely feelable or that causes any issues.
It sits flat on the turntable with clean labels & spindle holes. Graded EX.
Playtested on a Rega Naia turntable fitted with an Aphelion 2 cartridge and Rega Aura Phonostage.
Playback reveals a warm, bold and dynamic sound with superb low frequency and loads of detail.
The laminated outer sleeve with all important Red Apple logo on the rear is very clean & sturdy with light wear and a few creases ( see photos)
No writing, splits, stains, tears or ugly tape repairs.
The box is still solid and glossy with end flaps intact, some creasing but nothing missing.
No tape repairs.
The inner book tray is present & in very good condition.
The book itself is superb - clean and unmarked.
No damage other than very light creasing to a few page corners - see photos.
Original inner sleeve present - we have decanted the record into a new poly lined inner sleeve to preserve it- you will receive both.
The record will be sent separated out to avoid transit splits.
