This card is a 23kt gold plated from1998 of when Bernie Williams and his team won the 24th World Championship and won a NY and American League record of 114 games. The card came from my old video and comic store and and was pulled in 2000 when I stopped selling comics. It is new and has been in a box in house all these years. The only thing I can say about condition is that the card is in great shape as you can see in the pictures. The plastic case has never been opened.  Also the box has no tears or any crushed or bent spot anywhere on the box. The plastic that it comes in has no scratches or scuff marks on the front and the back has a couple rub marks on the back which you can see in the picture. Really nice collectable set.
