Gravon Primer is a polishing agent used on varnish in the final preparation stage prior to the application of the basic K2 Gravon ceramic coating (and most other ceramic and quartz coatings). Highly saturated color and enhanced gloss. It strengthens the bonding and durability of the ceramic coating applied in the next step.

Contains no abrasive particles. Also suitable for polishing and color enhancement without subsequent application of a ceramic coating as a finishing polishing agent.

Usage:

I. Optimum application conditions.

Ambient temperature from 5 ° C to 35 ° C

Do not use in full sun or hot surface.

II. Surface preparation.

Wash and dry the paint thoroughly.

The surface should be free from tar, dirt, wax, oil from pastes. We recommend using K2 Clay L700 to remove any dirt that is deposited in the lacquer.

Finish with a defect machine polishing such as using a polishing machine or dual-action Masner and K2 Luster pastes.

Degrease the surface with a paint remover, eg K2 Klin 770ml (L761)

II. Machine application.

Shake the bottle before use. Apply a small amount on a polishing sponge.

Use with soft polishing pad, eg K2 Duraflex (L614)

Can be applied by means of dual-action machines or rotary machines. In the case of polishing the rotary machine does not exceed 1000 revolutions per minute.

After polishing remove remnants of polishing agent using a microfibre cloth.

Wait for min. 60 minutes at 5 ° C to 35 ° C before applying the K2 Gravon Ceramic G030 or K2 Gravon G031

Apply ceramic coating without degreasing.
