Part of the third wave of Power Core Combiners Commander Class figures, Windburn is a redeco of Searchlight, transforming into a military transport tandem rotor helicopter (per his toy bios). He can swap between his normal head and a larger head so that he can also serve as a torso for Power Core Combiner drone-limbs. His chest plate has a flip-up Mini-Con Powerlinx peg that allows him to use any Mini-Con as chest armor, though the nominal choice is his pack-in partner Darkray. He retains the same left-elbow misassembly as Searchlight.
