• Select your Wood Finish
 Ash – Light wood with soft grain
 Oak – Warm-toned with classic oak grain
 Walnut – Deep, rich wood with a smooth finish

• Select your Quantity
To order a specific number (e.g. 73), add 60 to your basket, then add 13. Make sure the size and wood finish match across all items in your basket.

• Provide your Personalisation Details
List the guest names you'd like engraved in the personalisation box.
If ordering a large quantity, you can send the full name list via eBay messages.
Please ensure the number of names matches the quantity ordered.
If more names are sent, we will contact you to arrange payment for the extras.
If fewer names are provided, the remaining items will be sent blank.

• Are the place names cleaned before dispatch?
 Yes – we wipe the front of each one for a clean finish. The backs may show slight laser marks.

• Do you send a proof before engraving?
 No – we do not offer proofs, but all names are engraved in the style shown.

• Can you engrave on the back?
 Not at this time – engraving is front only.

• Can I request a custom design?
 Yes – we’re happy to customise. Please message us before placing your order.
