1982 AUSTRALIAN 20 CENT COIN

The 1982 20 cent Australian coin, struck by the Royal Australian Mint, features a design by Stuart Devlin on the reverse, showing a swimming platypus with the denomination "20" above its head. The obverse features a bust of Elizabeth II.

Material: Cupro-Nickel.

Edge: Milled.

Obverse Designer: Arnold Machin.

Reverse Designer: Stuart Devlin.

The mass is 11.3 grams, and the diameter is 28.65 millimeters.

These coins have been carefully lifted from circulation and have been safely stored in a private collection.
