This album was initially released in early 2000 as a limited edition (of 1,400) hardbound book with CD, artwork and complete libretto by John Seabury. This CD package was nominated for a Grammy for Best Album Artwork.

Book looks very good and I gently opened one page so you can see the spine is in tact and it has been unread.
