  • 1.When using for the first time, there may be fire or smoke, which is a normal phenomenon, and it will disappear after a few minutes of power-on. 
  • 2.After using the plastic welding gun, please adjust the temperature to a low level, and then shut down the gun after cooling down, so as to avoid residual heat damage to the parts and affect the service life.
  • 3.Be careful not to use it near flammable gas, paper or other flammable materials during high temperature operation. The welding torch nozzle and hot gas are very hot and can burn the human body. Do not touch or spray hot air directly on the skin.
  • 4.When the plastic sheet is heated to 130-150 degrees, it becomes a soft state, and it can be formed with a little pressure. The welding temperature is generally about 240 degrees. When welding, you should pay attention to the distance between the edge and the welding point to obtain the ideal welding position.
  • 5.After the heating wire is broken, you can unscrew the connecting screw of the gun, take out the heating core, and replace it with the heating core of the same specification.
