These hardcover editions of "City Ballads" and "Farm Ballads" come in good to very good condition, with fully intact bindings, minor soiling and edge wear to the covers (mostly at ends of the spine and the corners), and slight yellowing of the pages (see pictures).  

The books have matching illustrated covers, with additional illustrations inside.  They were written by Will Carleton, and published by Harper & Brothers (new editions, City Ballads 1903 printing, Farm Ballads 1905 printing).
