  • No return is possible after activation for software update cards!

    General Return & Refund Policy

    To ensure exemplary customer service, Automotics offers a 14-day return policy on all products except software activation cards purchased from our eBay store. If you wish to make a return within 14 days of delivery, we will promptly refund the cost of the goods, excluding delivery charges.

    Full reimbursement of the purchase price is contingent upon meeting the following criteria:

    • The item must be returned in its original condition and quantity as received. Automotics reserves the right to assess the item's condition and adjust the refund accordingly based on potential resale value.
    • The product must not have been used or activated.
    • Return the item in its original packaging; failure to do so may impact the item's resale value and could result in a declined refund.
    • Sealed items must remain unopened to qualify for a return; this policy extends to test equipment that has been activated or used.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, who assumes liability for any damage incurred during transportation or storage.
    • Prior notification to Automotics is mandatory before initiating a return. Ensure the product is securely packaged, and include a copy of the invoice with the returned shipment.

    Upon receipt and approval of the returned goods, the purchase price will be promptly refunded to the buyer's account.

    • VAT Exception: Only for companies outside Belgium, but within the EU and with a valid VAT number, there will be an intra-community delivery making 0% VAT applicable.
    • For companies and individuals outside the EU, there will be an export delivery so 0% VAT applies.
