Soar is a bald eagle with a black body and a white head. He has yellow and black button eyes and a bright yellow hooked beak. His right wing is blue and covered in white stars and his left wing is covered in red and white stripes. He has a white tail and bright yellow feet.

Soar was released on 10th June 2002. His Birthday is on 4th July 2001. He was retired on 14th June 2002.

He was a Ty Store exclusive Beanie Baby.
