It does NOT include a ladle. It measures 9.5 inches across including the handles, 8 inches across the mouth, 5.75 inches tall without the lid, and 8 inches tall including the lid. It is heavy, weighing 5 pounds without any packing materials. There are a few marks from use and a few small pits from the manufacturing process. There are no visible chips, cracks, or repairs.
